Welcome to The Sunshine Spotlight – I am Kathy Marvel and I… am full of sunshine. I am doing what I love. That doesn’t mean the sun is always shining in my life because well.. life happens. And I am not claiming to be any sort of an expert in any way, shape, or form but I am here to talk about bringing sunshine into your life and others lives simply because it makes me happy and I want you to be happy, too – or at least happier – who doesn’t want to be happier? I’ll let you know what things I do that help me to Live Life Happily – Mostly – they may or may not work for you. I will let you know the things that I believe lead to a life of doing what you love – you may or may not agree. And I will give you tips that might help you to be the happiest you, you can be – take them or leave them. My goal is this: I am hoping you walk away from each episode with at least one thing that resonates with you and may help you to move towards living a happy life – mostly, or something that allows you to do life better.
